The Birdie Score (a self-assessment diagnostic tool), the $49 Diagnostic Call (a 25-minute commercial information session with Pano), associated informational deliverables (Pattern Report, Pattern Field Guide, Cash Confidence Checklist), and bespoke diagnostic and reconstruction engagements quoted separately under their own engagement letters.
ABird does not provide personal financial advice. The Birdie Score and its deliverables are general information; they are not a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances. Tax agent services are provided separately by Pano Pongas via PVP Advisory and governed by a separate Tax Agent Services Engagement Letter.
The $49 Diagnostic Call is charged at the time of booking via Stripe (GST inclusive where applicable). Refund policy: full refund if a call cannot be scheduled within 30 days of payment. No refund after a call has taken place.
Information shared during the call and through the Birdie Score is held in confidence under standards consistent with Chartered Accountancy practice. No information is shared with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
The Pattern Report, Pattern Field Guide, Cash Confidence Checklist and all associated materials are ABird-owned IP. You may use them inside your own business; you may not republish, resell, or use them to train AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABird's liability for any claim arising out of the Birdie Score, the $49 call, or associated deliverables is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
ABird may update these terms; the current version is always at abird.com.au/terms. Material changes take effect 7 days after they are posted. Continued use of the site or services after that period constitutes acceptance.
